Clear help.
One step at a time.
Choose what you are trying to do. These local drafts use approved boundaries and refuse to guess where evidence is missing.

Every guide is a draft until its source evidence, images and live route have passed release checks.
Your website and domain
Your domain stays in your name. NESSLOCK may manage the agreed DNS and website while the active service requires it; registration ownership does not transfer.
- Confirm the customer is the registrant.
- Record who currently holds DNS.
- Make only the agreed DNS change after approval.
- Prove the website and email routes independently.
Install a Travel eSIM
Draft
- Check the phone supports eSIM and is not locked to another network.
- Connect to strong Wi-Fi or working mobile data before setup.
- Open the unique delivery packet on another screen, or use the approved manual-entry details.
- Add the eSIM in the phone’s mobile-data settings.
- Keep the usual SIM selected for calls and texts unless the order says otherwise.
- When the trip starts, select the eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for that eSIM if the approved guide requires it.
Do not share the QR code. It can be unique and single-use.

How a day pass works
Draft
Business provides the governed 1GB daily allowance. Business Plus provides the governed 2GB daily allowance. After that day’s allowance is used, data continues at a slower supplier-controlled speed.
The exact reset time, slower speed, maximum trip length and country availability remain to be confirmed from the governed supplier source before sale. This draft does not invent them.
If the eSIM does not connect
Draft
- Do not delete the eSIM.
- Check the eSIM is switched on and selected for mobile data.
- Check data roaming for that eSIM against the approved setup guide.
- Restart the phone and wait for network selection.
- If it still does not connect, prepare an email with the order reference, phone model, country and the step that failed. Never include the QR code.
Change where a business number diverts
Use the approved control-panel route, enter only the destination allowed by the service, save it, then make a controlled inbound test call. Never publish a new destination number as the customer-facing business number.
Still stuck?
Prepare the right handoff.
The future guided assistant must use approved answers and refuse unsupported questions. When it cannot help safely, it prepares an email for the customer to review.
Nothing is sent automatically.
A safe handoff includes the product or page, the step that failed and the result seen. It excludes passwords, payment details, QR codes and activation codes.
